Laguna Beach Luxury Real Estate Photography | Victoria Beach

Last week, did a wonderful real estate photography shoot in Laguna Beach for the Skenderian Group & Surterre Properties. This gorgeous beach side home has sweeping Pacific Ocean views and is steps away from Victoria Beach. The house has 2 decks overlooking the Pacific Ocean and lots of North West exposure allowing for an abundance of light to fill the open plan rooms. Victoria Beach is one of Laguna’s most private public beaches mainly because it is not easy to find and provides VERY limited parking. Victoria Beach is located south of main beach and is known for its white sandy beach, beautiful blue-green waters and unique residences. IMHO the current real estate owners did a fantastic job renovating and furnishing this modern Victoria Beach house.
