Your Event Only Happens Once
As a corporate event photographer in Los Angeles, Marc knows your event only happens once. The keynote will not run twice, and the sponsor wall has to be photographed before the room fills. Marketing still needs usable images before the recap goes out. He works the room quietly, does not stage people, and looks for the frames that show what the evening actually felt like: the handshake before the panel, the speaker mid sentence, the room turning toward the stage. Marc has photographed events across Los Angeles, including the Omni hotel in Downtown LA, UCLA, Westfield Century City, Eataly in Century City, Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and a private residence on Mulholland Drive. He has also photographed for prominent law firms in Century City.
Ballrooms, rooftops and hotel event spaces are mixed lighting environments, and getting clean skin tones under LED wash and tungsten spill is the difference between images a marketing team can publish and images that sit in a folder. Marc lights discreetly, shoots fast, and stays out of the program.

Multi Day Conferences and Sales Kickoffs
Multi day programs need a plan that survives schedule changes. We agree in advance on what must be photographed and what gets dropped when a session runs long. You receive a small selects gallery each night, so your team can post while the event is still happening. For large footprints or simultaneous breakout tracks, Marc brings a second photographer.

Book as soon as your venue is confirmed. That leaves time for the planning call and, when possible, a look at the room before load in.
How quickly are event photos delivered?+
A selects gallery for social and press is delivered the same day or the next morning. The full edited set is delivered within 3 business days, not including the day of coverage.
Can you photograph executive headshots during our event?+
Yes. A portrait station can be added to your event coverage, so speakers and executives can sit for a headshot without leaving the program.
Do you cover multi day conferences?+
